COVID-19 Update for our Patients

To our valued patients, protecting the health of our communities is at the core of what
we do. Whether you visit us for cosmopolitan health, discussion of a specific condition, or
working to achieve particular goals : you depend on us for safe, dependable health care. With
all the doubt surrounding COVID-19, we want to personally assure you what we
are doing to ensure that we can provide the services our community depends on,
endlessly. That mission drives us constantly, and we will continue to update you on
this quickly evolving pandemic. We are taking a variety of proactive measures to Flatten
The Curve and reduce the spread of COVID-19. These measures come after detailed
time spent internally planning and preparing.

  • We are closely monitoring this quickly changing situation and relying on
    information from our state and federal agencies, medical professionals,
    and our peer medical facilities.
  • Like many others throughout the globe, we are following Centers for Disease
    Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations to reduce the risk of spreading
    the virus, including:
  • Enhancing cleaning routines at our facilities
    o Implementing social distancing
    o Limiting access to critical work areas
    o Increasing communication to employees regarding effective prevention
    measures
    o Limiting public access to all our facilities, as of today.

If you normally visit our clinic to receive your services, we can ensure that there will not
be any more than 10 people on premises at any given time. As such, we ask that you
do not bring friends, kin members, or children with you to your visits. We ask that if
you have traveled to bad areas for transmission of COVID-19 in the past 14 days,
have any flu-like signs or symptoms ( fever, sensitive throat, cough, fluid nose, etc. ), or
have had close contact with anyone with confirm or is being evaluated/quarantined
for COVID-19 that you utilize our telemedicine service for your appointee. We ask
that all persons in the facility refrain from greeting each other in any class including
handshake. We will be taking temperatures for all clients and patients that visit our
facility. Any patient will temperature of 99.4 degrees or higher will be asked to
reschedule their appointment, without punishment, until further notice. Our community-
based employees are besides temporarily limiting engagement in public events such as
trade shows, networking events, etc. during the pandemic. Because we are in
unprecedented times, please keep in beware that data regarding the virus is fluid.
