Can I just try one box to start with?
Our nosh boxes are subscription only but if you ’ d like to try just one box, we recommend a monthly subscription which can be cancelled at any time ( but at least 2 business days before your subscription renewal date ) .

Am I eligible for a refund?
unfortunately, Goodie Box does not offer full or partial refunds. For monthly, 3, or 6 month subscription plans that have already started, The Goodie Box may, at its sole and absolute discretion, decide to offer a refund under extenuating circumstances. The Goodie Box does not accept returns of monthly boxes or individual products under any circumstances .
What payments methods do you accept?

What are your Billing and Cancellation policies?
All regular subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. If you have a monthly subscription you will be billed on the 23th of each month. If you have a 3 or 6 calendar month subscription you will be billed every 3 or 6 months on the 23th of the month, in promote of the calendar month ahead. Unless a subscription is cancelled at least 2 business days before the above renewal dates, the subscription will automatically renew for a further subscription menstruation and you will be charged the subscription price .
If I cancel, will I still receive all my boxes?
If you are on a 3 or 6 month subscription, you can cancel at any prison term and will still receive all the boxes remaining on your subscription .
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription just follow the steps below .

When will I be billed?
