4. Healthy Almond Milks Do Not Contain Carrageenan

Lecithin is an excellent source of choline, a B vitamin. And there is conflicting research linking choline to the constitution of trimethylamine N-oxide ( TMAO ), a biomarker for cardiovascular disease. ( 11 )
