Two Good Yogurt Review:

I picked up the Two well yogurt by Light & Fit in vanilla, blueberry, strawberry and spill the beans at my local Safeway to try. I was intrigued because traditionally gloomy carbohydrate yogurts have artificial sweeteners that I don ’ t care for because I avoid artificial sugars in my diet, and they leave a curious aftertaste in talk .
The Two well yogurt is sweetened naturally with a touch of stevia, so I wanted to see if it would have that funny aftertaste, but it did not ! The yogurt does have the flimsy sour you get from any greek yogurt, and the flavors are decidedly more subtle than other greek Yogurts, but they were delicious !
One other profit of the yogurt I noticed is that it could be a big alternative if you are lactose intolerant. Because the lactose is largely removed during the filtration process, this yogurt has a low amount of lactose, which is amazing for lactose-intolerant folks like me. I sampled all four cups of yogurt and did not get a pot ache. YEAH !

Two Good Yogurt Ingredients:

The yogurt is made with civilized reduced fat milk, water, less than 1 % tapioca starch ( a natural thickening ), natural flavors, lemon juice concentrate, gellan gumwood, stevia leaf, fruit and vegetable juice centralize ( for color ), sea salt and active yogurt cultures .
One component that I had to look up is gellan gingiva, which is a new ingredient to me, but gellan gumwood is a vegan food additive that is produced through bacterial zymosis that helps yogurt achieve it ’ s smooth and creamy texture .

Two Good Greek Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt

The Two beneficial Yogurt Vanilla spirit has a thick, creamy texture you can expect from greek yogurt with a delicious trace of vanilla flavor. It ’ second delightful on it ’ s own, or as the perfect basis to add granola, fresh fruit or a crackpot butter. The 5.3 oz cup contains 80 calories, 2 grams of fatness, 3 carbs, 2 sum sugars and 12 grams of protein .
I made a yogurt granola bowl with the vanilla yogurt topped with constituent granola, almonds, blueberries and some chia seeds and it was delicious .

Two Good Yogurt Strawberry Flavor

The Two well Strawberry Yogurt was delectable, creamy, and smooth with a subtle strawberry spirit. It had a little tart bite to it, but by and large it tasted dessert, so I was surprised that I got such a sweet relish profile with only 2 grams of sugar. Perfect on it ’ s own, or in a smoothie where you want the extra protein without total boodle ! The 5.3 oz cup contains 80 calories, 2 grams of fat, 3 carbs, 2 entire sugars and 12 grams of protein.

Two Good Greek Yogurt Blueberry Flavor

The Two well Blueberry Yogurt was besides thick, creamy, and smooth and had a marked acerbity from the blueberries. It was not excessively angelic and had a dainty refreshing lemony blueberry flavor. I served it with granola, fresh blueberries and pomegranate arils and it was delightful. The 5.3 oz cup contains 80 calories, 2 grams of fat, 3 carbs, 2 entire sugars and 12 grams of protein .

Two Good Greek Yogurt Peach Flavor

The Two good greek Peach Yogurt had a delectable subtle spill the beans season, it was besides blockheaded, creamy and polish and it besides was not excessively sweet. Perfect on it ’ s own, in a smoothie stadium, or with toppings. The 5.3 oz cup contains 80 calories, 2 grams of adipose tissue, 3 carbs, 2 sum sugars and 12 grams of protein .

I would love to see the Two good yogurt available in a complain flavor to use for making my traditional greek Tzaziki Sauce and other savory yogurt based dips as those can not be made with season yogurts. Hopefully that is coming soon !
